The basis for anyone who wants to start their fitness journey.

Every body and every life situation is different. Just like personal motivation for sport. That makes it even more important, not just getting started, but starting a training that meets your individual goals. While a regular gym usually only offers a free trial training and, in the best case, creates a one size fits all workout plan, the holistic approach, accountability and support outside of studio are missing. And this is exactly where “Start your Challenge” comes in.

 

Together we will discuss your wishes, your goals and check your personal and physical requirements. The Body lifestyle anamnesis is the basis for your successful personal training yourney and nutritional advice.

The next step is actually very easy. You write me an email or call me. I would be happy to answer you in advance open questions and if you would like, we will arrange an appointment to get to know you personally.

 

Then I will send you a self-assessment questionnaire. Your own assessment is important to me so I can find out about you, your state of health and your goals and wishes.

 

At our meeting we will take a free body lifestyle anamnesis. Because this holistic view of yours current fitness and starting point is the cornerstone for your sustainable fitness journey. It will take about 45 minutes to do everything.

 

 

The body lifestyle anamnesis contains:

 

Analysis of your body composition

We will do a detailed analysis to find out more about your body type, your body fat percentage, the amount of muscle mass and visceral body fat.

 

Functional Movement Screen

I will check how you generally move. I also test whether your joints can move freely or whether there are restricted movements and imbalances that can lead to pain or injury.

 

Strength check

I will test your basic strength with strength exercises to see where you currently stand with your fitness.

 

Evaluation

We discuss the information collected with your wishes and goals in mind and the right path for yours Fitness journey. The initial data is also important later as comparative values for monitoring success.

 

Would you like to continue your journey with me as a personal trainer? I would be happy to create your individual training offer for you. We define together based on your current Fitness level, your individual training and/or nutrition plan, consider which program is right for you and continually adapt the steps of your journey to your needs as your fitness level increases.
